I hope you all have had a wonderful week! This week was such a good one for me. I got to spend 3 days in Athens, GA at Red Dress Boutique and I had such a great time. All of the girls are absolutely amazing and it was so fun getting to know all of them. I will definitely be writing a blog post later recapping more of that trip and what all I did while I was there. 🙂 

So my husband and I are on our way to Old Edwards Inn in Highlands, NC. I am SO excited!!! My husband and I haven’t taken an actual vacation in so long and I am happy that we are finally celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary. October was such a busy month for us and we had something every single weekend which is why we are celebrating our anniversary a month late. But better late than never, right? I have never been to Old Edwards Inn but I have heard wonders about it. My husband’s brother and his wife go a lot and it is one of their favorite spots. We have a spa day set up for right when we get there and dinners planned for tonight and Sunday night. I am just happy to have some time away from Charlotte in the mountains where we can just kind of unplug and really enjoy each other’s company. Weekends like this are so needed sometimes. 

I don’t know about you guys, but I was on the hunt for a good set of luggage for a long time and could just never really find anything I loved. Earlier this year I finally tried out the Delsey luggage line and I have to say that I am obsessed with it. Consider it a tote or a smaller overnight bag but with wheels.  It has a zippered pocket, tie down straps, and 2 shoe pockets. I used this new luggage to throw some extra stuff in for our trip this weekend. I was able to fit 2 extra full outfits, my entire makeup bag, a pair of shoes, and my laptop.
