Happy Friday everyone!! I am so sorry that I haven’t written a blog post in over a week. My husband and I moved into our new house and I have been drowning in unpacking and getting us settled in. I have loved every second of it though. If you know me at all then you know that I love interior design and decorating so this has been a very fun time for me. This is our first house that we have bought so it’s awesome being able to do whatever we want to it. I am also one of those people that wants our house to be perfect right away. I can’t stand to have empty rooms or empty walls so I have been busy planning out every single little thing and getting it as perfect as possible. Is anyone else like that?
I have partnered with Nordstrom again to bring you one of my favorite Spring dresses. Remember the green blouse that I posted a couple of weeks ago from Topshop? You can view that post here. This dress is that exact top but in a dress form if that makes sense haha. I loved the top so much that I knew I had to have it in the dress and I love it just as much if not more.
My favorite part about this dress is the color. This gold/yellow color is my FAVORITE for the Spring and Summer and I love it paired with turquoise accessories. These turquoise earrings pair perfectly with it and I think they really make the gold color pop. Straw clutches and handbags are also really big for Spring and Summer this year and this pompom one is my absolute favorite. The exact one that I am carrying sold out so fast but I linked some very similar ones for you here and here. This dress also comes in black and is so perfect for so many different occasions. It’s so versatile and is one of those dresses that you can easily wear out on a date or out with your girlfriends but it’s also a dress that you could easily wear to work or church. Not to mention, it is so comfy and flattering on any body type.
You all know that Topshop is hands down my favorite brand at Nordstrom and they definitely score more points with this dress. For sizing reference, I am a normal size 2 and I am wearing the 4 US and it fits perfectly. If you are looking for a dress that will serve you multiple purposes then this is the one.
