Happy Friday everyone! I am SO happy to finally share our patio decor with you all. Let me start out by saying that I am sorry I haven’t written a blog post all week. This week has been INSANE for me. I took over the LiketoKnow.It account on Tuesday and was given a very short time frame so I was extremely busy getting all of that content together and taking pictures. It was such an amazing opportunity that I am so grateful for. Thank you so much to all of you who followed along. I also have another exciting project that I have been very busy working on that I will announce soon so stay tuned! 🙂 So anyways, life has been crazy but all in a very good way. So here I am, writing a blog post on a Friday. I promise things will go back to normal soon!
So back to our patio. This is one of my favorite parts about our house and one of the things that made me want to buy our house. We have a pretty good sized backyard with a fully fenced in backyard (we have to get a dog now right?! HA) and I knew that we had to get some great furniture to go out there. We actually ended up finding most of our patio furniture at World Market. By the way, if you have never been there then you HAVE to go. It was my first going in and I was surprised at all of the cute and unique furniture and decor that they had. My husband and I had been looking for patio furniture for a while and I couldn’t find anything that I really loved until I walked into World Market and found our patio set.
Our patio furniture is gray and cream which I love because it goes with the rest of the colors in our house. I also found these amazing woven pillows and had to have them because the rest of our house has hints of blush everywhere and these pillows couldn’t be more perfect. This furniture has proven to be great so far. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The couch and chair are very comfortable and still look great even after the weeks of rain that we have had in Charlotte. I also loveeee the unique wicker all weather chair that we added to our patio set. I think it gives it a nice little touch of something different.
One of my favorite things about our patio are these two white rocking chairs that we have right outside of our master bedroom doors. Ever since I was a little girl, rocking in rocking chairs has been one of my favorite things to do. It jus relaxes me and makes me feel so at ease. There is nothing better than sitting in a rocking chair having a cup of coffee in the morning or a good glass of wine at night. My husband and I sit in these all the time and we absolutely love them!
We are big entertainers so having a cute and functional patio was very important to us. Since these pictures were taken, we have actually added a 7 seat patio dining room table (currently out of stock but should come back in stock soon) so we can have people over and eat outside in the Summer. My husband loves grilling on his green egg so we wanted to be able to do this while having everyone outside. I will have to show y’all pictures of that later but it is white and matches the rest of our patio furniture.
