As I’ve shared recently, I have been trying to take really good care of my hair especially after dealing with post-partum hair loss! I try to ensure I’m using products that are not only going to make my hair look really good, but that will also nourish and improve the health of my hair.

The Prep & Protect Leave in Hair Spray conditions your hair while also protecting it from heat damage. I use it right after I get out of the shower and spray from my roots to ends on damp hair. I love this stuff because it also really helps to detangle my hair because my hair usually gets very tangled after the shower. It’s amazing that it’s also a heat protectant! It’s so crucial to use a heat protectant when you are trying to grow out your hair and keep it healthy. Heat is so bad for your hair, and this stuff helps protect you hair from damage due to blow drying and from curling irons and straighteners.
After I use the Prep & Protect Leave in Hair Spray, I use the Smooth & Full Blow Dry Balm. I put about a dime size amount in my palms and then run it through my hair from roots to ends. This study makes my hair sooo shiny and so silky! It also gives good volume and helps to reduce my blow dry time.
Once I am done blow drying and styling my hair, I use the Ultra Fine Hair Spray and I love it. It is a dry texture spray too and gives my hair amazing texture. The spray is also really light which is great because I want my curls to stay in place, but I don’t want them to be hard from a thick hair spray.
