Happy Sunday everyone! It’s been a while since I have written a blog post. I haven’t written mainly due to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale going on but I am so excited to finally get back on here and talk to you guys! One thing that I get asked a lot about is my skincare routine. Just to let you guys know, I never really used a skincare system most of my life until I discovered Tula. Before using Tula, I struggled with my skin and always felt very uncomfortable not wearing makeup mostly due to my uneven skin tone and dark under eye circles. I was really only using a Biore face cleanser that you can get from a drugstore and an SPF moisturizer. I had no skin cleaning system and cleaning my skin at night was something that I did not look forward to and a lot of times something that I would skip out on (so bad, I know!).
About 4 months ago I started using Tula’s skincare line and it has completely changed my skin for the better. I now have an entire skin care routine that I look forward to doing morning and night and the best part about it is that it actually WORKS. At first I was very weary, just because my skin doesn’t do very well when adjusting to new products. After giving it a few weeks I started noticing significant changes in my skin. My skin tone started to look more even, my dark circles were less noticeable, my fine lines weren’t as defined (especially around my eyes) and my skin was so soft, shiny, and felt so clean. After a few short weeks I knew I had found my forever skincare products, my forever skincare routine and I am so excited to finally share it with all of you.

So let’s get started. I am going to go through step by step which Tula products I use and what I do every single day, morning and night.
Step 1) Tula Purifying Face Cleanser– I start by cleaning my face with this purifying face cleanser. Let me start off by saying this cleanser smells SO good and it cleans so well. As soon as I am done cleaning my face, my skin feels so fresh. When I clean with this face wash, a lot goes a long way. I just add about a quarter size in my hand and wash my entire face with my hands with that.
-This cleanser is a probiotic gel cleanser that goes deep into pores to remove impurities and helps condition your skin, without stripping or over-drying. It also helps to promote your skin’s natural moisture balance.
Step 2) Tula Pro-Glycolic 10% pH Resurfacing Gel – Right after I clean my face, I take a cotton pad and squirt about 4 pumps of this gel toner onto it and wipe this all over my face. This is hands down my favorite Tula product. I am obsessed! The gel feels so good on your skin and I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin tone and my skin is so much more even than it used to be. Plus, this is the first toner I have ever used that doesn’t dry out my face. It actually leaves it feeling very moisturized.
-This is an alcohol-free toner that uses probiotics, glycolic acid, and beetroot extract to gently exfoliate your skin, leaving it looking smooth, hydrated and more even. It is an alcohol-free formula that combines 100% natural probiotics and glycolic acid to gently slough off dead skin cells and remove excess dirt and oil without over drying. It deeply hydrates and conditions the skin for more radiance and glow. It also removes impurities and diminishes the appearance of pores after cleansing.
Step 3) Tula Hydrating Day & Night Cream– After using the toner all over my face, I then put a quarter sized amount of this face lotion all over my face. This stuff is THE BEST. I can’t rave about it enough. It smells divine and leaves your face feeling like a baby’s bottom. I am not even kidding you. My face has never felt more soft or hydrated in my entire life. I truly look forward to putting this on my skin day and night.
-This face lotion delivers deep hydration to help revive any dull skin. It is full of probiotics and superfoods which helps to reveal an even, glowing, youthful-looking complexion. It helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and improves skin’s suppleness. The best part is that it is non-toxic and full of 100% naturally derived probiotics + superfoods. I also love that it is clinically proven to soothe and reduce redness and the appearance of distressed skin.
Step 4) Tula Advanced Neck Cream– After using the face lotion, I then apply this advanced neck cream all over my neck. This is the first time in my life that I have ever used a cream specifically for my neck and I absolutely love it. It is a game changer. Your neck is somewhere that ages very quickly and using a product to specifically help target that area and help to keep it moisturized is so important. My neck used to be so dry and now it is one of the most moisturized parts on my body. I also love the smell of this stuff! A little goes a long way. I only use about a dime size amount of this cream on my neck.
-This cream is a luxurious, balm-like cream that helps to smooth the skin on your neck and décolletage your skin by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The peptides and retinol helps to smooth the look of wrinkles and restores a firm appearance on your neck. It also helps to deliver smooth, younger-looking skin.
Step 5) Tula Multi-Spectrum Eye Renewl Serum– This is the last step that I do for my daily day and night skincare routine. After I am done applying the neck cream, I then apply this eye cream to the underneath of my eyes as well as all over my entire eyelid. I absolutely love this eye cream because it comes with a gel tip that feels so smooth and cool on your skin. I pump out a small amount and then use the gel tip to apply the product under my eyes and on my eyelids. Then I take my finger and gently smooth the rest of the product out, making sure that it is applied evenly. This stuff actually works and I have noticed a significant decrease in my dark circles and fine lines under my eyes. I truly couldn’t live without it now. Having my eyelids so moisturized has also helped my eyeshadow and makeup stay on better!
-This caffeine-packed eye cream refreshes the look of tired, aging eyes. It is clinically proven to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and puffiness. It blurs and relaxes the appearance of lines and crow’s feet, and helps to reduce the look of puffiness in the eye area. It also contains an extract that fades the look of dark circles, revealing brighter, more even-toned skin.
Tula Kefir Ultimate Recovery Mask– I use this recovery mask on my face about once a week or once every 2 weeks. It is amazingggg! It is one of the best masks that I have ever used. I apply a thick, generous layer to my entire face and leave it on for about 10-15 minutes at night before I go to bed. What is really cool about this treatment is that it creates a soothing sensation and you can literally feel it working on your face. I remove the mask by using a damp towel and then massage the leftover product onto my face and go to sleep! In the morning I notice my skin is even better than it was before.
-This face mask instantly moisturizes and comforts the skin, revives dry and dull looking skin, soothes and comforts distressed and irritated skin, and helps skin hold on to moisture better and longer. I highly recommend this!
For those of you that are nervous about trying new skincare products, Tula offers an amazing Discovery starter kit which I highly recommend to anyone who is a little hesitant about trying. The starter kit comes with everything that I use on a day to day basis except the neck cream and the eye serum.
