Taking you on a room tour of our sweet little boy’s fun and modern jungle adventure themed nursery reveal and all of my favorite parts of it
You guys I can not believe I’m finally getting to share this super sweet space with you.
It’s been a bit of an adjustment for us moving from a family of 3 to a family of 4, but I have loved it all, even the hard parts.
And today I wanted to finally share Walker’s nursery, including all of the sources we used for the room so if you want to recreate it for yourself, you can!

I love this view of his room. It’s right when you open the door and you can just already see the sweetness of the entire space.
We have one of these amazing wall hangers on both Walker and Harper’s doors from Classically Caroline on Instagram and they’re SO cute!
Walker’s dresser is something I found and absolutely fell in love with.
I loved the warm wood and white tones of the dresser that would go perfectly in the space where I wanted the jaguar wallpaper and the wall color to be the stars of the show.
The Corner
I know every mama knows what I mean when I say “the corner” – it’s where all the magic happens.
The late night feedings, the snuggles, the booty pats to help them go to sleep and reading of all the books before bedtime.
I’m in love with our glider and ottoman because it’s the perfect place to prop your feet up when you’re in here for what sometimes feels like forever in the middle of the nights.
I can not WAIT to add photos of Harper and Walker to these sweet frames we have all around his room.
They’re the perfect way to personalize the space and change them out to see how he grows throughout the years.
I’ve shared this a few times on Instagram, but this heartbeat print is something that we also have in Harper’s nursery so I was so excited to get to be a repeat customer of Lauren Neville.
The painting is based off of Walker’s heartbeat sonogram. You can simply send pictures of the sonogram to Lauren and she paints the picture based on the colors you want.
The process was seamless and it is one of my favorite pieces in the room! If your ultrasound does not have a heartbeat sonogram on it, you can always call your ultrasound tech to see how you can get ahold of yours! Feel free to send her a DM on Instagram.
Of course we added some acrylic shelves on the wall that hold all his little books and with them being right next to our corner, I can grab one before I sit down.
This super cute leopard head wall mount is from a local store in Charlotte called Shower Me With Love and it’s exactly what I wanted to add to this “gallery wall” of sorts.
I can’t wait until one day I can hold him up and he can reach out and choose the book he wants for himself before we read at night.
But mostly right now, I’m enjoying him being little and squishy and snuggly which is THE BEST.
Another one of my favorite parts of his room is his lucite bookshelf.
I love that this ties in absolutely perfectly with the round mirror above his dresser and they’re not even from the same place which was just more proof that these both were meant to be in his room.
If you follow me on Instagram, you know how much Harper LOVES her Tonies box and we obviously had to get his collection started early!
Harper has the pink one, but Walker’s is blue so when they get older they can play together!
I love that the Tonies pieces can also double as little decor figurines on his shelves before he’s old enough to actually play with these.
You guys, I can NOT believe how affordable this crib is and it ties in SO good with his bookshelf that sits right next to it. I’m OBSESSED.
It is so cute and I love that the acrylic makes it feel more modern and clean and perfect for a little boy (who is already growing too fast).
On the opposite side of his crib, we have his toys which I’m sure will start to overflow into other areas of the house at some point, but at least for now, I’m enjoying that I get to have his nursery collect most of it.
In this acrylic storage shelf, we have some of our favorite stuffed animals that have been given to us by friends and family and mean a whole lot to us. I can’t wait to see him snuggle these and carry them around one day.
The Details
In any room, but especially a nursery, it’s the details for me.
I love this sweet gingham pillow I have hanging on his closet (closet tour coming soon!) and these acrylic holders are really good for holding all the things you need close by when changing a little boy – and mama’s, that PeePee TeePee is a life saver! Trust me.
The details of this round mirror are so stunning and I just love getting to look at this every day and can’t wait to make silly faces with my boy.
He’s just started smiling at us a little bit and it melts my heart to a complete puddle.
The gold chandelier in here is a statement piece without feeling like the space is overwhelmed. Because it’s open and doesn’t have a glass or fabric closure, it can blend in to the rest of the space while still providing a great amount of light.
I hope you enjoyed touring Walker’s room with me as much as I enjoyed getting to show you.
I can not wait to see him grow up in this space and hope that his room has inspired you to create a sweet adventure themed nursery space of your own!
