Nordstrom Sale-What I’ve Bought So Far

Since the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is open to the public now and well under way, I wanted to write a post for all of you on what I have bought so far. I still have a few more things coming in the mail and plan to buy a few more things before the sale ends. Read below to see all of the looks and to read about what I liked about each outfit, what I didn’t, and sizing for each item. 

Cuff Sleeve Pull Over Sweater in White  // AG Maroon Colored Jeans  // Cheetah Cross Body Purse  // Over the Knee Boots

I absolutely love this outfit. The sweater is a perfectly oversized sweater for Fall and comes in 2 colors; white and maroon. It fits true to size so you definitely don’t need to size up or down. I also love these AG Maroon colored jeans. They are SO comfy. They are also high waisted which I love. I have been wanting a pair of maroon colored jeans for Fall and these are absolutely perfect. They fit true to size. I am wearing my true size 26. These over the knee boots are my absolute favorite. I am wearing the light brown color here. The only thing I didn’t really like about this outfit is the side purse. It was just a little too small for me. It is more of a wallet sized cross body so if you carry a lot of stuff when you go out like I do then you will probably need something a little bigger. I do love the print though!

Velvet Surplice Blouse  

I am so in love with this velvet blouse! I think it is so flattering. Velvet is HUGE this Fall so this top is right on trend. It does run a little on the smaller size. I am wearing a size XS but could have worn a size S. I would suggest that if you are in between sizes to order a size up. These aren’t in the sale but I am also wearing my favorite Sam Edelman Lace Up Sandals and my favorite distressed Levi jeans. 

Black Bodysuit // Suede Mini Skirt  // Over the Knee Boots

This bodysuit is hands down one of my favorite purchases from the NSale. Y’all already know I am a huge fan of bodysuits and this one is just perfect. I love the keyhole style and how it ties on the side. It fits true to size. I also am so in love with this suede mini skirt. It does run a little big. If you are in between sizes I would recommend ordering one size down. I got my normal size 2 but could have gotten the 0. It also comes in a brown color which I also love. This right here is one of my favorite Fall looks. I love a mini skirt with a bodysuit and over the knee boots for Fall. It is just so sexy yet so stylish and trendy. 

Off The Shoulder Top  // Black Distressed Skinny Jeans  // Over the Knee Boots

This off the shoulder top is a definite keep for me. It is made my Michael Stars, one of my favorite designers. I love how it is a one size fits all size, so it will fit anyone. It comes in red and black. I got the red so that I could pair it with these black skinny jeans and these black over the knee boots. If you are looking for a good off the shoulder long sleeve top for Fall, I highly recommend this one! These black skinny jeans are also a must have. They are perfectly distressed and fit me like a glove. They run true to size so definitely order your normal size in these.

Okay y’all so this tee is my ALL TIME FAVORITE purchase from the sale! I bought it in 4 colors. I just can’t get enough of it. It is so soft and so flattering. I like how it also has a little more flare than your normal tee shirt does. It fits true to size, I am wearing a size small. I also love these split shaft booties that I got. I have worn them a ton already. I will say that they run half a size small so make sure to order half a size bigger than your normal size. I am normally a size 8.5 but I am wearing a size 9.

I decided to style this sweater that I mentioned earlier a little bit differently. A great way to transition a sweater from Summer to Fall is by wearing it with jean shorts and booties. I love this look so much! 

Cold Shoulder Tunic Sweater  // Ankle Skinny Jeans  // Ove The Knee Boots

I found this sweater when I went into the Nordstrom store to shop the first day of early access. I immediately fell in love with it. I don’t know about y’all but there is nothing more I love than a big sweater in the Fall. This one is SO comfy and it is the perfect length. It does run a little big so I recommend ordering a size down. I am wearing a size XS here. What I love most about this sweater is the cold shoulder detail. It just makes the sweater a little more trendy and a little more unique. I highly, highly recommend purchasing this sweater for Fall. It is such a great piece to have in your closet and would also look great paired with leggings because it is long enough. These jeans are also my favorite. I tried these on in the Nordstrom store too. They fit true to size and have the perfect amount of stretch. You can’t tell from the picture but they have a raw hem at the bottom of them which made me love them even more. They will look so cute paired with booties. 

Cardigan // Black Bodysuit // Grey Ankle Jeans  // Peep Toe Booties

This outfit right here is one of my favorite looks that I have purchased so far. If you are looking for the perfect cardigan for Fall, look no further. This one is amazing and SO flattering on. It fits true to size. I am also beyond obsessed with these grey washed ankle skinny jeans. I looked for a pair of these all last Fall and couldn’t find any that I loved. I tried these on in store and immediately knew I had to have them. They fit true to size and are very comfy. And y’all, these booties are my FAVORITE. I have worn them SO many times already. I love the detail on the top of them and the heel height is perfect. Not too tall and not too short. These are definitely a must have for Fall!
