Happy Tuesday everyone! I had the craziest day yesterday and finally made it to Charleston around 9:00 pm last night. I don’t know about you but I hate driving in the dark so the drive wasn’t that great except for the fact that my sweet husband talked to me on the phone pretty much the whole way here. I have a problem with getting really tired when I drive, especially in the dark, so having him on the phone with me helped tremendously. It’s the little things right?
So today my blogger babes Hilary (@byhilaryrose), Jaime (@charlestonblonde), and Ashley (@ashleybeary) and I all have a really fun project that we are working on here in Charleston. I can’t wait to show you guys all know what it is! We are about to head to get our hair and makeup done now and then off to start the day. I’ll give you a little hint, part of the project involves a video of all of us throughout the day from an amazing videographer here in Charleston. I am SO excited about that part!
So I am dying over the plaid skirt trend right now. I think they are so so fun and I love how you can easily pair them with your favorite over the knee boots. This one from Vestique is the absolute cutest and for only $40, you cannot beat the price! I absolutely love it paired with this mesh cut out velvet bodysuit. It adds such a hot, sexy flare to a more traditional skirt which I love. This bodysuit not only looks amazing paired with this plaid skirt but it is a piece that you could wear with so many things. It would look great paired with your favorite pair of high waisted denim and heels for a fun night out look. Since it’s also velvet, it is such a great bodysuit to wear for any of your Holiday parties. My favorite part about it is the low cut back. You guys already know I love low cut backs on clothing so this bodysuit was an immediate winner for me.
